It is not something that is commonly associated with the culture of western society.  It usually refers to some specific type of therapy for the treatment of muscular pain or other therapeutic methods, or when it is associated with a sexual relationship, it is confined to clandestine spaces where the so-called "sex workers" attend.  In countries where Tantric culture is fully disseminated and accepted, massages are an important part of the sexual relationship as a whole, because it will work in relaxing the body, preparing it to remain present at the moment, allowing each touch to be lived intensely, producing a sensation of unequaled ecstasy, and a better use of the sexual energy as a whole.

Much has been said about Sexual Energy and the consequences that can result from the imbalance of this energy.  But after all, what is "Energy"?

This has perhaps been the biggest puzzler lately, so that we can have a full understanding of the whole New Age movement and what it really means to be a Spiritual Being after all.

Masturbation and Meditation

Let us get deeper into what has been one of the most controversial themes of all time.

Many may wonder how there can be such an association between Masturbation and Meditation, two things that theoretically do not match.  But I'll show you that they can match perfectly!

Before actually entering into this subject, it is important to analyze how human sexuality has become so unbalanced with the advent of pornography.  As I have discussed in previous texts, it is not to say that pornography is something that is not useful and cannot be used to help, rather than "destabilize" the whole universe of human sexuality.  But the fact is, over the years pornography has become a manipulation tool, much more than a tool for enlightenment and help.

Respect Your Genitals

Let us now turn to a subject that may be extremely uncomfortable for the vast majority of people conditioned on believing that sex is a sin, but it is a subject of the utmost importance to those who love sex.  This is also the vision of someone who always knew how to have a personal view of the subject "out of the box", a person who has always seen this part of the body as not only a "Portal" for pleasure and for the creation of life, something sacred, but also something to be seen with total respect, love and affection: I'm talking about the human genitals.

You Are the Master of Your Body

We have already seen in previous texts the importance of loving yourself before giving love to others, sexually speaking.  We have also seen the importance of being at ease with your own nudity and thus being fully open to a full exercise of intimacy with yourself and the energies present in the environment around you.

But let us now expand a little the question of our own body, not only to know it in depth, but also to take full control and possession of what can offer us hours of great pleasure, but which also shelters us, welcomes us and allows total interaction with the world around us.  Our personal temple, which deserves all our respect, care and attention.  Self-awareness is the key to having a sexuality full of Light and fulfillment.

Jesus Christ, the Divine Master who was incarnated among us more than two thousand years ago, brought the absolute truth and the main law of the Kingdom of God and of the Universe: "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." This, in short, defines the great truth of Unconditional Love. Of course this applies in general, but how can this apply to sex?

A lot of the problems we have in our sex lives happen due to a wrong image we have of ourselves, and that is directly connected to everything that is taught to us throughout our lives.  We are talking about laws and social conventions that have been damaging us much more than it has helped us, over the years.
