Masculine and Feminine

Until very recently, if someone asked what these two words meant, the vast majority of people would respond with the utmost conviction that the Masculine deals with everything about the universe of men, and the Feminine deals with everything about the universe of women, and each one would have their opinion on the subject.

However, new information that has been brought, from Communications from Ascended Masters and Extraterrestrial Beings, shows that this division is not as "black and white" as the vast majority would believe.  In fact they have shown us that the concepts preached about these energies have been totally mistaken, and that this separation created between these two polarities has only generated more confusion and conflict than can be imagined!

A certain famous guitarist of Brazilian popular music used to sing the following: "Being a feminine man does not hurt my masculine side. If God is a girl and a boy, I am masculine and feminine!"  This song was very successful in the 80's, and marked the voice of a generation raised after the Hippie movement that preached not only greater sexual freedom, but was also a first wave of awakened beings.

But that did not last long. It is obvious that this was harshly questioned by the majority of society at that time, who did not believe it could be this way!

"I'm a man, I am masculine!  Do not give me that womanhood thing!  That's a faggot thing!"

It was really a widespread idea in society, that preached separation in everything.  We were living in a "black and white" world.  Good and bad, right and wrong, ugly and handsome, poor and rich, men and women.  All antagonistic and conflicting.  And there was a purpose for it: to create conflict.

No, peace and coexistence were never meant to be a part of the general culture.  There was a general notion of what that meant, many tried to sell that idea.  But those who tried to sell this idea were rejected by society.  Either they were drugged, or promiscuous, or vagabonds (this included musicians who tried to spread these ideas of peace and love), or were somehow on the margins of society.

But there was an even more serious question: women, those who symbolized the feminine, although they were gaining space in the labor market and becoming independent, continued to be still discriminated as inferior beings by society.  There was a general consensus that "Feminine" was a sign of weakness.  Women were inferior because they were more sensitive, more emotional, physically weak, less able to hold higher positions in companies.

To be loving was a sign of weakness, that was the general idea.  To be emotional, be sensitive, be caring, be empathetic.  Even men, those who were considered "Real Men" could not demonstrate these signs of weakness!  "Bunch of little women!" Is what society called the kind of man who expressed himself most lovingly.

The truth is that this all aimed at destroying the feminine energies as a whole, and giving total dominion to the masculine energies, everything to be able to supply a certain hierarchy, a pyramidal structure of those in command, the ones that hold the power on other subordinates, until getting to the lower classes that should be fully submissive.  The whole world, for thousands of years, has been based on this structure of domination, of an unbalanced and dominant masculine energy, and a submissive and powerless feminine energy.

But, as history has always shown us, every "Empire" eventually falls!  And it was a matter of time before this patriarchal, all-male empire would lose its strength.  And the great truth, which was hidden throughout all these years, would be revealed.

As that old song that was successful in the 80's said, we are all, without exception, masculine and feminine!

The Eastern Tao can clarify this perfectly.  But since Oriental culture has always been somewhat censored in the West, we have always preferred to believe in separation, which has always been a great violence to our own conscience, and has always caused much more suffering than "enlightenment", both to men and women.

Let us now turn to the Truth of the spiritual life.

No, Western society has always been spiritually repressed.  We were never given "time" to explore our spirituality, and this had to be carried out so that domination could be maintained.  How to control Awakened Beings?  This is absolutely impossible!

Our spirit possesses the two polarities present.  We are all inherently masculine and feminine.  Our consciousness operates with the junction of these two energies, and we need these two energies in order to relate to the world around us in a balanced way.  It is through the interaction of these two polarities that we create everything around us.  This is how we put our Divinity into practice.

The masculine energy gives us attitude, strength, will, power, dominion, control.

The feminine energy gives us sensitivity, emotion, empathy, humanity, Love.

All of us, whether we are men or women, to operate in a balanced and healthy way, must operate within the balance of these two energies.  We all need to operate with sensitivity, with humanity, with empathy and emotion to maintain Love, this universal energy that forms everything, guides everything and provides fluency, this supreme energy that is the purest representation of the Source of all that exists, from what constitutes the greatest Power of this universe, to make the most assertive decisions, and then to move towards attitude, to act with force and will, using all our Divine personal power, from which we can have total control and dominion, considering it is always used for the good of oneself and of all humanity.

In this way we take part of the great Divine work of creation of this Universe!

Sexually speaking, this certainly explains why we have such a large and intense expression of beings of the same sex loving each other, as we also have beings of opposite sex attracting and loving each other.  Being infinite and eternal beings, small representations of this universe that is in constant creation, promoting constant movement of the great Divine energy of pure Love, we should not restrict it to rules for Love, since we are always creating through it, be it in the physical plane, as well as in the astral plane.  We are all part of the great Divine work of constant creation, and all is permitted in the greatness of Infinite and Unconditional Love.

As incarnated beings in physical bodies, we must keep in mind that it is of the utmost importance that we all respect our conscience, our physical bodies, our libido, and our freedom to simply Be.  We are all unique in ourselves, and we must respect those differences and accept them unconditionally.
